平日里工作越忙碌的人越容易有闲暇病，尤其是放长假时，更容易出现相关症状，大多是心理反差引起的。另外，不少人一到放假，就整天躺在床上刷手机，熬夜甚至黑白颠倒，喝酒狂欢或吃很多垃圾食品等。不规律的生活方式也会让身体机能下降，带来不适感。
